First let’s understand what technical content is there in Shamir fungicide?
Tebuconazole 6.7% + Captan 26.9% w/w SC i.e. liquid comes in condensed form. It is a Systemic + Contact Fungicide as well as Translaminar!! It mainly controls fungus.
Alternaria controls leaf spots, blights, scab, powdery mildew, anthracnose as well as controls rust, fruit rot!! Talking about mode of action, it goes to the respiratory system of the cell of the fungus and blocks it and stops breathing completely, in that way the cell’s fungus is completely eliminated. Gradually, the fungus of the cell ends and the fungus ends.
Talking about the result time, it gives good results for 15-18 days!! You can spray it by mixing it with tonic, NPK, any pesticide, but you should not mix it with weed killer.
